What’s the Deal with “No Mow May”?
For the last couple of springs, there has been a lot of chatter about “No Mow May”. Recently, a team from UW-Extension, including Dr. Koch and Dr. Soldat, authored a short article about this trend that discusses the reasons behind the movement, how some common lawn weeds can be beneficial for pollinators, and other lawn and landscape plants that you can use to enhance food sources for pollinators.
