Refunds

A full refund will be provided if requested 14 days prior to the start of the conference (March 4th).

Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process from the date we receive your request.

Conference Lodging

Conference attendees get a group rate of $139 a night if they stay the Springhill Suits by Mariott Pinehurst. The block of rooms will be available Monday, March 17 – Wednesday, March 19, 2025.

Travel

The nearest airport to Pinehurst is Fayetteville Municipal Airport (FAY), approximately 36 miles away. Other nearby commercial airports include Raleigh/Durham (RDU) 60 miles away, Greensboro (GSO) 68 miles away, and Charlotte (CLT) 84 miles away.

Each attendee is responsible for their own transportation between the hotel and Sandhills Community College.
